OFF LOADING FEE – EMPTY RETURN

FOR PICKED-UP / ALOTTED / RESERVED CONTAINERS

Dear Valued Customer,

Please note for your convenience and better understanding the charge term

“Booking Cancellation Fee - Empty Return” is revised to Off-Loading Fee, the tariff

remains the same.

All CMA CGM containers released to customers for exports, returned back empty

will attract an Off-Loading Fee.

The Fee is also applicable for containers which are allotted / reserved for

customers at locations and are not picked up subsequently. Also, the storage

charges for the subject facility will be applicable, in addition to the Off-Loading Fee.

Off-Loading Fee Quantum:-

INR 3000 per TEU / per week (charged from the date of pick-up)

Already in effect since 01st Jun ‘12

This advisory supersedes the “Booking Cancellation Fee - Empty Return” advisory

sent on 04th May ‘12.
